Swedish startup Acorai has developed a non-invasive heart pressure monitoring tool that uses sensing hardware and machine learning software.
The device can estimate intracardiac pressure by picking up signals through the patient's chest, such as vibrations, sounds, blood flow, and electrical activity.
Acorai initially planned to be a remote monitoring tool, but decided to focus on in-hospital use after realizing the demand from cardiologists and nurses. [ more ]
