Watch: Rafael Devers hits 4th home run in as many games
Briefly

The left-handed hitter's latest long ball was the Red Sox' first hit of the night against St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Miles Mikolas. Devers's 431-foot home run to center field tied the game at one run apiece in the fourth inning.
Devers swung at a 79-mile-per-hour curveball that landed well below the strike zone, essentially golf-swinging at the pitch as he has done before in his career. He clubbed it several rows into the deepest part of Busch Stadium.
Boston had failed to get a single hit off of Mikolas entering the fourth inning. Mikolas came into the game with a 6.19 earned run average and hitters batting .311 against him.
Devers's most recent home run marked the 180th of his MLB career. The 27-year-old is 13 homers away from tying Jason Varitek for the 11th-most in Red Sox history.
