Walmart has officially taken delivery of a Tesla Semi, as seen in Stockton, California. This expands Tesla's pilot program beyond its initial deliveries to PepsiCo in 2022.
The Tesla Semi has shown promising results, reaching over 1,000 miles in a single day during testing at Pepsi. Walmart has an ongoing order for hundreds of Semi units from Tesla.
Tesla has been silent on the Semi program since the initial Pepsi deliveries in 2022. The total Semi fleet is nearing 100 units, with more deliveries expected in late 2025.
