The police department said Antonio Solorio, 42, was arrested outside a family member's Streamwood home on Friday. Solorio and the 28-year-old victim, Mario Jara-Antemante, knew each other.
Police said the men got into a confrontation Wednesday outside Burger King at 860 S. Elmhurst Road. Solorio allegedly chased Jara-Antemante into the restaurant and stabbed him at about 5:50 p.m.
