The New York Red Bulls have opted not to renew the contract of Troy Lesesne, a club statement read.
Lesense's guidance also saw the team qualify for the postseason for the 13th straight time, a record for the longest active streak in professional sports in North America.
Denis Hamlett is set to leave his role as sporting director as he and the club have mutually agreed to go their separate ways.
