Ukraine's security services foiled a Russian plot to assassinate President Volodymyr Zelensky and other top military and political figures.
The plot involved a network of agents, including two Ukrainian colonels, run by Russia's F.S.B. to target officials close to Zelensky for kidnapping and murder.
