Hidden Villas LLC, owned by Vigen and Roselyn Haroutunian, plans to demolish 10 units and construct 168 residential units, 18 of which will be affordable, on Sherman Way in Van Nuys.
The project will include a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, as well as retail buildings, with 15% of the units designated for very low-income residents.
