DLR testing improved accessibility at their unstaffed stations
Briefly

Transport for London ( TfL) has started a trial to improve accessibility at DLR stations by offering staffed assistance for those requiring it, aiming to make journeys seamless for all passengers.
Customers can pre-book assistance slots for travel between 7am-7pm with 2 hours notice, or request shorter notice assistance if staff are available at the unstaffed DLR stations.
