An eyewitness described police tasering a man with a sword after a fatal attack in London. They shouted at him to put it down and then arrested him with multiple officers piling on.
The incident resulted in a 14-year-old boy killed, two officers seriously injured, and four others wounded. The 36-year-old man remains in custody after the arrest.
