Residents of a Harlem neighborhood are upset that a plush condominium complex is being turned into a homeless shelter.
The building was marketed as a luxury living space but is now being leased to a non-profit working with the city Department of Social Services/Homeless Services.

Joseph Hayden, a former Harlem drug gang member, turned his life around to become an activist for criminal justice reform and a well-known figure in Harlem.
