Meta is reportedly working on a unique wearable form factor called Camerabuds, a pair of earphones with cameras attached at both ends. These cameras will pick up information from their surroundings and answer user queries using AI.
The project is in its initial stage, with no final device design. Concerns raised by the engineering team relate to battery life, heat dissipation, privacy, and difficulties for users with long hair.
