Authorities are investigating the death of an Everett woman and the hospitalization of another woman following medical procedures allegedly performed at a Somerville home.
A cause of death for the Everett woman is still being determined by the chief medical examiner.
The DA's office said the investigation into the medical procedure that was allegedly performed and how the women's injuries occurred remains ongoing.
