The largest project in Bedford-Stuyvesant will construct 155 affordable units in a pair of 9-story buildings, while another site will become a fully affordable 14-story building with 112 apartments and commercial space.
The third site in Midwood will see the development of a nine-story affordable apartment building by Agudist Council of Greater New York, bringing positive changes to the neighborhood.
