Chelsea have prepared an improved proposal to be sent to Palmeiras for Willian Estevao after personal terms agreed last week.
Chelsea feel confident over the Estevao deal, having agreed personal terms with the player last week and with an improved bid to his club seemingly now in the works.
Chelsea can, in many ways, be admired for trying to build a long-term project built around the best young players, rather than chasing ready-made superstars.
