The Fellow Aiden makes coffee good enough for snobs with a single button
Briefly

The big difference between the Aiden and traditional coffee machines is that unlike a typical drip-based brewer, it features an adjustable showerhead that mimics the process of a traditional pour-over.
Fellow also uses a thick film Ferro Techniek heating element which is said to deliver exact water temperatures (down to a single degree and up to 210F), combined with the ability to adjust bloom time and water amount for brewing control.
The Aiden features a guided brew process and allows customization through profiles or instructions from roasters via a QR code and a companion app. It offers a user-friendly experience with a bright color LCD screen and a large control dial.
The Aiden combines convenience with a 1.5L reservoir and a silent heating element, making it easy to brew coffee without disturbance. It caters to single servings and larger batches up to 10 cups.
