Chinese government website security has big problems
Briefly

Over a quarter of domain names used by Chinese government websites lack effective DNS configuration and could be unreliable or inaccessible due to missing name server records.
Dependence on a few DNS service providers could lead to significant vulnerabilities, impacting accessibility and security across a wide area in the event of a technical issue or attack.
4250 government systems in China were found to be using vulnerable versions of jQuery JavaScript library, exposing them to remote attacks known for around four years.
