Microsoft won't be fixing Windows Recovery Environment error
Briefly

Windows Update would throw up an unhelpful error if the user had insufficient disk space in their recovery partition, requiring users to manually resize partitions to address the issue.
Microsoft acknowledged the issue but did not provide automatic resolution, pushing affected users to deal with manual steps for the installation of the update on devices experiencing the error.
The problem with the BitLocker patch issue has not been resolved by Microsoft, as it was noted that manual steps will be necessary instead of automatic resolution in a future Windows update.
