A police spokesperson confirmed that officers were eventually able to successfully force entry to the house. A man was found inside with injuries to his face. These have since been assessed as not life-threatening or life-changing.
A woman has been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm (GBH). She was taken into custody but has since been bailed to return to a date in mid-June.
