Brad Carter Is Coming Down From Birmingham to Open a London Restaurant

Brad Carter and Martin Priestnall are opening Undercroft restaurant in St George's crypt, Mayfair, London. It will feature a unique menu celebrating lost dishes and music as a central element.
Undercroft's menu includes dishes like wild garlic chicken toast, sea tripe and seaweed soup, barbecued duck with offal and oats, and Tamworth pork chop with creamed snails and sorrel.
The restaurant will be situated in a historically rich location, the crypt with a vaulted ceiling within the church visited by notable figures like George Frideric Handel and Theodore Roosevelt.
Brad Carter will also showcase his cooking at Gozney's world tour supper club stop in London this June prior to the official opening of Undercroft in the summer of 2024.
