"The biggest difference is Vic has a playbook; he has a genuine 'this thick' [arsenal] of plays," linebacker Jerome Baker said.
"He's still installing, still putting things in. No matter if you did it today or in OTAs, he likes you to know it. He has a genuine playbook. It's not just like one of those playbooks where calls are kind of similar. It can be similar to a different call but has no similar name. You really have to know his language and know how he calls things. It's a challenge, for sure," said Baker.
