A new construction townhouse and historic carriage house were the priciest properties in Brooklyn last week. The most expensive home to go under contract was a townhouse at 390 Degraw Street in Carroll Gardens, with an asking price of $7.5 million and features like an elevator and roof deck.
Brooklyn Heights also saw top-dollar deals, including Glossier's founder in contract for a $22 million property. The 26 homes signed last week had an average asking price of $3 million, with 10 townhouses and seven condos included.
