Eric Travers, missing since April 30, was found in San Francisco county jail, arrested for assault after throwing objects at people and vehicles.
Travers suffers from epilepsy and was without medication when found. Unclear if lack of medication impacted his behavior during the incident.
Travers' brother expressed concerns for his safety and created a fundraiser to support searching efforts to find him in San Francisco.
