The Giants say Patrick Bailey was removed from the game because of blurred vision and is being evaluated. He took a pretty hard foul tip off the mask in the first inning.
After the game, Bob Melvin said that Bailey was feeling better, and Bailey was not immediately put on the concussion protocol, though that could change in the morning.
Fingers crossed that he's okay, but I'm of the opinion that it's always better not to play around with potential concussions, and just err on the side of caution.
