Time-restricted eating and high-intensity exercise might work together to improve health
Briefly

Combining time-restricted eating with high-intensity functional training can lead to improved body composition and cardiometabolic health compared to either approach separately.
After 12 weeks, all groups (time-restricted eating, high-intensity functional training, and their combination) showed significant weight loss and favorable changes in lipid and glucose levels.
Participants in the diet + exercise group experienced more significant improvements in body composition and cardiometabolic parameters compared to those in the diet-only or exercise-only groups.
